honestly,

it's refreshing to see the brass step up to the plate like this...Being former enlisted in the Navy, I understand how it is perceived and weighed when you choose not to go along with an order you don't agree with...Heck, We had Military Intel cats on our ship who were more cloak & dagger than the SEAL squad that was in our compliment...*smh*

It has always been the law in the military that you not follow an order that was a crimminal directive.
Of course no one supported you. you became the fall guy. Just like the 2 doing time now.

Ok, so basically she's saying as long as the president authorizes it, it's not a violation under our convention of torture. Sounds like to me that as long as the president authorizes it, that means it's not torture. What a crock. Also, she said that nazi Germany never attacked the homeland of the United States. Iraq didn't attacked the homeland of the United States either, so why are we there?
