Good Morning All and Happy, Happy Wednesday to YOU! I greet you on this beautiful morning in the gracious and giving name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! What a glorious day this is to be alive. I greet you with peace in my heart, mind and spirit on today. Knowing the God is still God and He always will be. This is yet another day that YOU have not seen before. It is a day to rejoice and be glad in it. This day has been ordained just for you! I am experiencing a brand new mercy! How about you?
Psalms 16: 5-7 -5*You, Lord, are all I have, and you give me all I need; my future is in your hands. How wonderful are your gifts to me; how good they are! *I praise the Lord, because he guides me, and in the night my conscience warns me. ( Good News translation)
Philippians 3:13 - Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead. (NKJV)
So often in our lives we hold on to the things of the past. Usually those things are not good and neither are they healthy for our well-being. We often times tend to hold on to things that are negative, painful and destructive. Thank God for choices and the ability to make wise decisions. We can either hold on to the things of the past, or we can release those things and move on with our lives.
Do you know that your past does not dictate your future? What a wonderful revelation.
All of the things that you have dealt with, cried over, and agonized over have no bearing on what God has in store for you and your future.
God has never counted you out. He counted you in.
Just remember that you have a choice. You can either hold on to your past, or you can let it go and embrace your wonderful future.
Let' s pray:
Father, thank you today for choices and the ability to choose life and not death. Thank you God that I am not bound by my past. Thank you that what You have in store for me is far greater than what I left. I thank you in advance for the great future that you have in store for me and I release all of those things that have held me hostage. Thank you God that my past does not dictate my future. I agree with You for You said that I am a victor and not a victim. I thank you that I have now embraced my wonderful future in You.
In Jesus' name.
Amen
Make it an EXCELLENT day!
