Is K.J. Black really hurt?

my 2010 slogan is remain behind the scenes and collect info and hopefully someone will utlize the info at the 1st of the month....:emlaugh:

BTW PV the soccer team and volleyball team looked alright yesterday while I was on campus......nice little retirement dinner also......boy it was hotter than two hoes on Jensen out there, make sure those boy's stay hydrated wouldn't want any of them to miss Sept 5, for a lack of water......

Yeah must be some big girls in the SWAC, never seen PV volleyball team that big, my old arse would have to get back on the squat machine to spike on them

They still use Jensen? Dang that's ol skool

Def Coord vs HC Cole. :read: It's really not a secret. lol :emlaugh: Cole could have the Houston Texans disguised as sTu and he'd still lose the LDC because of what occurs on the sidelines during the game. It's painfully obvious.

Also, don't worry. Your world-renowned alum, Doc Mayes, who is also my cousin :swink: lol, makes sure to keep the sun exposure time limited and also keeps them hydrated/fed pretty well, from what I recall.

See there P88, you are proving why it's bad to take corporal punishment out of the classroom! No more MD 2020 for you young fella :fart:

PV ends fall camp healthy
Panthers open season Sunday against TSU

Prairie View A&M football coach Henry Frazier III was able to breathe a small sigh of relief at the conclusion of Friday morning's scrimmage at Blackshear Field.

Fall camp was over, and the Panthers had made it out relatively healthy.

When the Panthers hit the field for their first scrimmage Aug. 21, four starters were held out for health reasons, including quarterback K.J. Black (knee), running back Donald Babers (hamstring), defensive end Quinton Spears (swine flu) and kicker Brady Faggard (foot).

But Black, Babers and Spears saw action in Friday's scrimmage along with the other starters. The reserves and third-stringers played for most of the scrimmage, which lasted about an hour.

More importantly for Frazier, no significant injuries popped up.

"I just thank God that the boys were able to make it through, because it was a tough training camp," he said. "We were able to persevere without any heat-related injuries and no major injuries to any of the guys who were atop the two-deep (chart). So we're OK and definitely blessed to make it out of camp."

Wow!!! I thought that stuff was gone. We havent heard from this flu in months here.

Got non-innoculated Mexican/South American? :smh:

It's still over here but not as rampant as it once was. I still trip on the numerous illegal alien holds that are recently occurring. Folx been here for decades illegally so you know they aren't innoculated as they should be and those same folx frequent(ed) the Mexican border unabated from border officials until recently. :(

Jag-BR, Babers has had hamstring problems for the past 2 seasons. Still hasn't stopped him from rushing for over 2,000 yards. No biggie.

lol Well I didn't know he had been injuried before. Pretty impressive to hurt defenses while not being 100%.
