I wouldn't really call them leaders of the Black Race. I think they are men with strong, sometimes misguided opinions, but they are not afraid to fight for what they believe in. The mistakes they have made, both professionally and personally, in my opinion stem from the haste to take action about a situation. And as usual, our people don't think the plan through from a to z, but only a, b, and c. Then they are left with their behinds hanging out and no one to cover it.
It is not man's nature to take a lot of risk for the benefit of someone else. That's why they have women. One thing about us, we are consistent if nothing else. I'm digressing, sorry about that.
