Way back in the 40s I think is when it all started. All I know is Doc Greggs told us of the hate even when he marched in SU Band in the 40s against FAMU. I know SU and FAMU football teams at that time were kicking major ass.
 
I hate famu off the strength of them cluckers whipping our asses that year in 99 in Bragg...SU was stacked that year..may have been their best team ever...

Mane..I've never seen SU get they asses handed to them like that...I think the coach for FAMU ran that score up on purpose..

I knew stuff was heading down hill on the opening kick-off smh...

All I could say that night was "Shid our band kicked yall band asses though" LMAOOO

But dayum..the atmosphere at that game was second to none...that was a 7pm kick-off and you couldn't get into the parking lot at by 11:00...

Man my folks dayum near got into a fight while tail-gating that day with some FAMU folks talking ishh...shat had got real quick...Unc and nem came from round that grill...LOL...man..they don't have games like that no mo...
