It's their fault when they don't realize that someone else put them in the situation they are in. I guess slavery was the fault of the slaves. And by the way, Liberia was created from slavery.

Yep.............it's a tragidy, but why blame everyone except the PEOPLE THAT ARE CALLING THE SHOTS NOW...............IN 2006.

Every government that are elected in these countries follow the same path on their own.
 
The issue is people want to blame the U.S. and Russia for the transgressions of other countries. If all U.S. soldiers were removed from every country in the world and brought back home...some of YOU would not be able to step foot in that country.

In short you better wake up....

My solution is stop creating problems in other countries and at least try to help fix those you've already damage if they so desire. Now what is your solution?

The issue is people want to blame the U.S. and Russia for the transgressions of other countries. If all U.S. soldiers were removed from every country in the world and brought back home...some of YOU would not be able to step foot in that country.

That's VAGE all-right.
These people have voted in many government's and have had many chances to govern themselves. The same thing always happen, Warlords take over, the country split's into 2 halves, and they kill each other.

Africa, Europe, or Asia, it really doesn't matter, American troops should not be sent to a country that hasn't harm the United States or it's people. But as always, there are those who can justify sending Americans troops to oil rich nations, even thought the justification was based on incorrect information (lies).
