Good Morning All and Happy, Happy Monday to YOU! I greet you on this wonderfully blessed morning in the gracious and giving name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! This is yet another day that the Lord has made. I am rejoicing and being glad in it. I invite you to do the same. This day has been ordained just for you. What will you do with it? I am experiencing a brand new mercy, aren?t you?
I trust that all is well with you, as it is with me. I also trust that all had a wonderful weekend.
Psalm 143:8 ? Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning, for in You do I trust; cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to You.
Mark 1:35 - Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
Luke 21:38 - and all the people came early in the morning to hear him at the temple.
I have sent this devotional to you time and time again, but it is an excellent reminder to those of us who sometimes get off track.
This morning?s devotional deals with your time with God. It Some people refer to it as ?quiet time?. However it may be referred to, it is vital for us in our everyday walk with the Giver of Life. It is very important that we take the time to commune with God.
Early in the morning, our song shall rise to thee.
In this life, we tend to overlook the more important things to tend to the less important things.
How does your day begin? Is it bombarded with rush hour even in your home, before you hit traffic? Do you take the time to pray in the morning? Do you take the time to hear from GOD before your day starts?
Are your days filled with confusion, strife, and stress? Could it be that if you just taken the time to commune with God, that your day would have been better?
I hear you saying, ?I just do not have time to pray and commune with God.?
What if God did not have the time to tend to your needs?
I challenge you to start spending some quality time with God.
Why in the morning? The morning brings about brand new mercies. It entails a fresh start and usually things are quieter than the rest of the day.
Make it an effort to spend some quality, quiet time with God in the morning.
It is my prayer that you begin to hear and commune with God.
Make it an EXCELLENT day!
