Did u guys forget that Nwst beat LaTech a couple years ago...
Nichols st followed the same route as McNeese and Southeastern, recruit D1 transfers and good coaching...
Coach Fobbs also brought that philosophy to Gsu... He understands how to attack offenses from the 3-3-5 defense .. Sometimes there’s a need to bring in transfers while grooming HS recruits for replacements...

Kansas should be ashamed of themselves period. They obviously have nothing over there. Coaching included.
 
When we start hiring the best qualified head coaching candidates and stop hiring coaches that NOBODY else is offering jobs to, then and only then will we elevate.

This is gonna hurt some of yalls feelings, but we gotta stop hiring coaches JUST because they are black and frat. Hire them because they QUALIFY.

And that right there is the problem. At some point, you need to hold yourself accountable for your own actions instead of trying to publically assist others who don't have a problem.

Do yourself a favor and keep private matters private.

Right now, I'm more concerned about them dummies causing our school more financial hardship and on the verge of closing, such as the current crisis at BCU and St. Augustine University. It's more critical at private HBCUs than public HBCUs.

And will always be for the foreseeable future. How BCU has been able to compete at a high level in the MEAC for 4-5 years has always been remarkable so to see what they are going through is kind of sad (not sad enough for us to spoil their Homecoming though lol)

All of the recent closings (Concordia, St. Paul's, Bishop, Mary Holmes) and those that were/are on the brink of closing (Barber-Scotia, Morris Brown, Lynchburg, Talladega) are private (and church affiliated)

Most of the strong and talented players think HBCU athletics are beneath them so they rather go to a PWI FCS program than a HBCU one.

A lot of our administrations end up becoming delusional in their thinking, without really understanding the grassroots of how things really work. And it's really not their fault as much as it is those who enjoy having them kissing their butts to be the HNIC. This is why the alumni, faculty senate, and student body must stay on top of things, so that if butt kissers are appointed to run our universities, at least they have some common sense and some understanding on how things work.
