I Was Wrong About Alcorn State, But Braves Nation Should Apologize

Me personally, I saw nothing wrong with the article. You gave your prediction.

And for people to actually get mad over a prediction to me is petty, childish, and comes from a lack of not playing and understanding the game itself.

I wish Alcornites would stop trying to turn everything into an Alcorn and JSU debate.

Alcorn and JSU need to realize they both have done more for Mississippi College Football since 1999 than Ole Piss and Shitissippi State combined.
 
The media has never apologized for how they systematically tear people apart and create an impression to where a person cannot receive proper justice because of how articles are written. That being the case I actually commend Kendrick for apologizing.

Reading is fundamental! It wasn't an apology. It was simply an admission that he was wrong in his prediction. He is saying the Alcorn folks need to apologize to him.
 
Honestly no one but Alcorn fans would have pick Alcorn to win with a backup qb. Especially after what our defense did to Alcorn the week before...But after speaking to a few Alcorn coaches they said it was JSU Dline that made things difficult and Alcorn knew they could run on Grambling..

I see it now. My bad. Even given that its a sports article and anything can happen in athletics. My problem is with media outlets skewing certain events for their own agenda but I did a thread in the Round Table. Just need the title changed.

That's why I picked Alcorn to win. I saw it myself when my Hornets played the G-Men in 2014.

That's exactly how I felt going into Houston. I saw Jsu hold them to 14points.

Fans have to own up to their hypocrisy on there end. Rarely do fans compliment the prognosticator for getting in right or write something in support of the team. But they all want to come out of all the crevices and cracks to tell you're wrong and demand mea culpas, as pointed out in the piece.

Nobody from Alcorn flooded the comments sections or reached out to me on social media and demanded a response or a statement after I picked the school to win last year and it happened. It was crickets.

I've never been critical of college athletes in any work I've produced here. They're not professionals and they don't deserve that scrutiny.

The ONLY person that caused me to think that Alcorn St would win was their QB: Footman. I wasn't sure if Gibbs would get playing time or not but forget the other 21 team members.... I only looked @ talented Footman and to me, he's unstoppable. :( It's not a question of stopping him but moreso a question of how many TDs/yards are you willing to give up to him. :( He is god awfully talented @ the QB position.
