I want the scripture

What spiritual teachings are you receiving directly while you in D.C.? Do you have a spiritual leader with you there in D.C.?

I take religion very personal when it comes to my teachings because I cannot reveal what I am learning without specifying the problems I am having, which is my personal business. With all the critisicms I have gotten over simple stuff, I quite frankly don't trust many of you.

WELL WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH WOULD YOU POSE THIS QUESTION? IF it is PERSONAL, why not go to your personal leaders and ask them and then keep it to yourself? Feel me? :|

Mark, but it involves religion (the bible)...but when someone (AND I AM VERY SINCERE IN WHAT I AM SAYING) suggested that you ask your spiritual leaders and asked if you had any, you are offended and you do not trust some of us.

IF YOU do not trust, why ask for something from people you don't trust? Help me out here. Were you sincerely asking or were you just asking to keep the pot stirred?

I guess you answered it when you said "play with you no mo' "

If that's the case, carry on.

I was sincerely asking that's why it's here in the Prayer Forum, also Kema you cannot honestly say that you trust every MOFO on the SWACPage.

This is not about me DSN.....Will you even concede to what I said? If not, carry on.

Kema there are some you trust and other you don't; and there are some you would like to trust. So to figure it out and cut the list sometimes you post things to see how they are going to take it. What I noticed was a whole lot of criticising as usual.

I didn't ask you to "reveal" your teachings. I just asked if you have a spiritual leader there in D.C. I take it that you don't.

Crit what's the need...I have lived on the opposite side of the globe around nothing but Muslims and Jews for an extended period of time...should I have had a spiritual leader there.

What works for you does not work others.

What I want in a spiritual leader I have. It's someone I can call 24 hours a day seven days a week, and knows me and the family personally. That's alright by me.

That's fine. Do you.

I know I have Hemophilia, so if I go to a church with my wife who is a believer in Christ as I am, and ask if we may procreate in church in private because we feel this is best to recieve his blessings.

Would that be wrong?
Remember, one of the first things that you learn in 'Christianity 101' is that in the New Testament, the church is the believers, not the nice building. The power / annoiting / representation of God is the in the believers, not the nice building.

**Whatever blessing someone seeks at the nice building, they should know that God will give them wherever they are, because your body is the Temple / Church. And you Saviour is the Priest that lives in you. They need to be educated of that FIRST.

If someone wanted to have sex in the nice building to get a procreation blessing, then I would first educate them on the above as to WHO not WHERE church is. On the relationship thing, as I wrote this post I asked God directly, "should members start going to the church building to have sex?" and just that fast He was like 'NO.' Believe it or don't believe it. It was a simple question.

Anyways, for those who think that the nice building has something to do with God's ability to bless, and if your pastor agrees to let you have sex there, then at least do a good job of cleaning up whatever leak is involved!:redhot: Can you imagine going to church this sunday and it still smell like booty up in there? :vomit: Man.... Oh, and you CAN tell the smell of booty in the air.

If you're looking for a scripture that reads, "you can have sex at your church" or one that says, "you can not have sex at your church" those don't exist. That's why you study, and pray for understanding because most stuff is not verbaitum. :read: ;)

where it says married couples who are followers of Christ and have proclaimed God as their lord and savior should not have procreate in church.

I am not being ignorant or stubid. This is an honest to God question. I don't want any speculative scriptures. Give me fact just like the 10 commandements.

Since I don't know you personally, I don't know if you are ignorant or stupid. I do know that many of the most infamous cults associated with church history got their starts over this very issue. Here is the scripture.

1 Cor 14:40 KJV

40 Let all things be done decently and in order.

Here is another...
1 Cor 6:12

12 All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

In fact, you can just take all of both 1 & 2 Corinthians. In case you are ignorant, one of the big problems the church folks at Corinth had was with sex in the church. There were temple prostitutes and all kinds of whoremongering going on with tongue-talking, interpreting, discerning, prophesying folks in the church. You see, these heathens had practiced all of that kind of stuff before they began to believe in Jesus Christ as Savior. Afterward, they thought to bring that same behavior into the church and Paul had to write a couple of letters in order to straighten in out. It might have started off with someone asking a question just like this.

Let me throw this word at you: LASCIVIOUSNESS - out of control, particularly in the area of sexuality. A married couple that is so frantic that they cannot simply find a place for their own intimacy outside of the sanctuary are in the web of lasciviousness. It is spoken of 6 times in the New Testament:
Mark 7:22
2 Corinthians 12:21
Galatians 5:19
Ephesians 4:19
1 Peter 4:3
Jude 4
Read them for yourself.

I am a pastor who has been married to the only woman he ever dated for the last 23 years. Our lovemaking is still eye-popping passion. We could get up in the middle of the night and go down to the church and bang each others genitals into the neighbors back yards if we wanted to...but it would be wrong; God would not be pleased. Instead we do the same thing in the privacy of our bedroom (since we still have a 17 year-old daughter at home). The Holy Ghost manifests himself sometimes: we have had prophecy, words of knowledge, words of wisdom, speaking in tongues and interpretation, healings, and the working of miracles right in our bedroom while having intercourse with each other. It's a beautiful thing. DSN, get saved, let the Lord lead you to the right woman, and enjoy it for yourself.

My final scripture for this time is...
Rom 14:16-19

16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of:
17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.
19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

The blessing of God flows to us when we seek to please Him. Please Him by having your lovemaking conform to the principles of His Word and watch the joy of your marriage explode logarithmically. It's 3:35 AM and I'm going to awaken her for a party right now.

Amen.:jump: :jump: :jump: :jump: :jump: :jump:

dacontinent, I don't know you personally either, but I hope to meet you this year! You just don't mind keeping it real while still holding up your sure calling do you? Also, I am really amazed at the various "manifestations" that you mentioned that occur while sharing intimate moments with your spouse; I have never, ever, ever heard anyone say anything like that before.

Now that's serious love making.

Dacontinent, I am not stupid. Far from, yet I am ignorant on certain things. This is what I was looking for versus the criticisms of discussing the subject. The issue is when a Christian ask another Christian a question it should be HUMBLY answered, the Christian should not be ate up and spit out because of the questions that he or she ask concerning faith and religion.

I was told a long time ago by my father that the best relationship with God is seeking out God and asking the question of why? God has already seeked me out and found me, it is up to me to seek God and love God for fear of not being in his presence when my life here ends.

What I find interesting in your post is that you noted that people who did not have Christ and were living as heathens attempted to bring those same actions to church. That was very wrong of them. That's why I specifically asked the question of two people who were married, followers in Christ, and most importantly follow the word of Christ the best way they can.

Many of the questions I ask may appear to be stupid but I have always been one from a young child to ask questions especially of things that I don't know about. I think the greatest part about my relationship with God is that I ask God why and request answers. My feeling is if I am a follower of God's faith, God will not lead me astray and will provide me a definite answer according to his teachings.

Thanks!

Sexual intimacy between any two people is a spiritual event. God designed it that way. The scriptures depict the reunion of Jesus and the Church in heaven that way. It is the very reason that fornication, adultery, and wonton divorce are such an abomination to God. Sexual intimacy in the human experience was intended for husband and wife because it mimics what happens between us and God. So, as much as He abhors when we abuse His design, He blesses when we realize its purpose. He has ordered things that way.

There is another thread open about swinging ? and there we go right back to the church at Corinth again. There is still nothing new under the sun.
