of businesses, bureaus, etc that handles cases where the employer threatens the job of the employee if the employee doesn't contribute to a certain fund raiser, such as Red Cross, United Way, etc. I need all of the infomation that you can give me. Is it correct for an employer to tell the employee that future promotions and pay raises may be affected due to their contribution. If they do not contribute, promotions are halted and raises are not given. Please help!!!

Is this happening to you? Well, I am not a lawyer, but one word that has been INVALUABLE to me in my field is DOCUMENTATION.

Write EVERYTHING down ... conversations ... dates ... any little thing. It is VERY difficult for a person to look you in the eye and refute something they know they said when You are repeating it VERBATIM to their arses in front of someone else!
