Well the story is that when I clocked out for work 2 days ago. The manager was looking mad at me for not telling him that I was leaving when I was at work. Cause I left early and I fogot to bus like 5 tables after that. usually the old manager that I was working with let us go early around like 4:00 in the afternoon. And I saw my homeboy left out early before I did. But I didnt know that the new manger want me to stay until 5:00(my fault on that...) But I felt like I let myself down and the whole southside down also. I tried to tell em that I was sorry but he acted like he didnt give a ****. And I feeled like I let him down cause of my first mistake at work 2 days ago. Should I tell em in person that I was sorry about that or just let it go and move on........

I feel sad a little.....

:(....can u people pray for me that nothin bad will happen to me after Thanksgiving....appriciated.......
 
Barre Baby just let nature take its course... You went to GSU so I know that you are laying it down....

I don't think anything bad will happen but my prayers or with you... United we stand....

I will be praying for you. I also think that you need to go to your supervisor and explain it to him. I do believe that by him being your supervisor that he does need some explaination. Show him that you can be a man and you two can discuss your differences as two adults.

But I will be praying for you.
 
I agree with BlackBengal. Go talk to him man to man, professionally. There's no need to be subservient or anything
becuz that just comes across as being weak!

Simply let him know that you are conscientious about your work and was not trying to shortchange him or the company. Actually
this will be a chance to make a good impression.
 
Barre Baby, listen to Black Bengal, and Mike Bigg, because they know what they speak. Trust me brother, there's nothing wrong with humbling yourself, and admitting your mistake. If you're half as humble with him, as you are with us, you should be fine.

If not, there's always work at the postoffice.

Show him what you learned at that "Anger Management" class. Let him know that they showed you a couple of things about reducing stress.:D
