I Know Deion Not SWAC But Look at What He Did

Deion is shaking up the good ole boys club. They are getting nervous. I love how they keep changing the goal post. Now them folks out here saying he lucked up with three easy teams to start off with that Colorado St is next. Now they on the internet saying show me what happens with USC and Oregon. Amazing how it really hurts the pride of these Pilgrims in America to see a black man succeed at a game we make any way. lol

Does it really????
Because at the end of the day who REALLY benefits?

That is $406 NOT going to a HBCU
That is Colorado NOT a HBCU getting air time on 60 minutes.
That is Colorado NOT a HBCU getting recruits.
That is the PAC 12 (Soon Big 12) getting exposure NOT the SWAC or MEAC.
That is RICK GEORGE (Athletic Director) not Ashley Robinson (Jackson State AD) that is getting praise and probably a job higher up later on.
That is Colorado ranked not a HBCU.
That is Colorado players not HBCU players on national tv getting showcased.
That is Colorado getting calls from other schools to play games in the future not a HBCU.

Only thing the pilgrims are mad about is now they can't bet on Colorado to lose or not cover the spread.

Deion Sanders spent three seasons at Jackson State before bolting to Colorado before the start of the 2023 season.

A coach like Sanders moving up the ladder in college football is not something new. Coaches around the sport do it all the time and not only when it comes to football. In an interview with "60 Minutes" on Sunday, Coach Prime defended moving from the FCS school to the Power 5 program.

"I didn’t leave quick," Sanders said. "I left when I was supposed to leave. We finished. Most coaches get a new job and they leave expeditiously. I finished the task."

Sanders was asked about what he told the student-athletes when he left.

"Opportunity called. Sooner than later in life there will be opportunity that knocks at your door and at this juncture in my life, I felt like the opportunity for not only me but for my kids as well was tremendous," Sanders said.

Man, I shole hope Michican State goes after Deion just to see the excuses he'd use to "entertain" their offer. Well, I'm sure folks will find a way to blame Jackson somehow.

The amount of Deion glazing I'm seeing while he is in Colorado is shocking but not surprising

More of that "black people living vicariously through celebrities and seeing this as a win for black people but it benefits Deion and CU
