I knew it all along!

Mighty Dog, see that is your problem...

The thing you really don't want to say is that you will try to win as many games as you can outside of the big three but what are you gonna do when ALL Of those games count. See you are skating right now but Jones has had his last 8 win season if Pete and Reese have anything to say about it.

When all of the games count, we will treat the former Big Three just like we treat the rest of the SWAC. But remember, it is not whether the games count in the conference standings; it is whether winning the game is necessary for us to win the SWAC East. In other words, if JSU come into Normal with losses to Bama State and Grambling, and we have no conference losses, there would be no urgency to beat JSU. JSU would be irrelevant to our championship aspirations. If JSU can beat Bama State, then beating JSU would be necessary for us to win the East. Just beat Bama State and give us a reason to beat JSU. We don't waste emotional capital on irrelevant foes; we need to save it for games that matter.

I do agree with you that Jones has had his last 8 win season. His next few seasons will have 9 or more wins plus championship wins. The fact that you realize that Jones will win more than 8 games next year is proof that you understand something about the direction of SWAC football in general and AAMU football specifically.

We would welcome Pete's and Reese's attempts to deny us a 9 win season. Just have Pete's game relevant to our winning the East. If beating him adds nothing to our championship ledger, why worry about it? We will, however, beat Reese in a irrelevant game just to atone for past engagements with Tenn. State.

Sometime, soon I hope, you will learn what MikeBiggs means when he talks about winning championships. It is not about how many times the fifty line yard is crossed, or how many passing yards are accumulated. It is not about whether fifty is scored on the opponent. It is whether you score more points than your opponent. Simply running plays is something anyone can do; it takes a special character to win games. Jones understand this. That's why AAMU wins even though it seems that every oppponent has more yardage and time of possession. JSU coaches simply ran plays; they left out the part that required the ultimate character. They didn't know how to outscore the teams against whom victory was critical.

Now all you need to do is tell me that you are joking. LOL

All this mess about games that count is bull. YOu could not beat JSU if you tried and you know it. You are about to get blasted by GSU and the entire thing is going to be funny.

Remember:
This is a game we have to win. A different standard applies to it.. This game will demonstrate everything I have been telling you.

TP will understand next year that JSU will be one of our must win games. In fact this is why the Cartel is not running their mouths because they are afraid of AAMU.

If Lewis, Diesel and Lacumba understands AAMU logic then eventually TP will get it. He should be trying to get the President to keep Hughes.

MD,

Hughes didn't beat you bad enough. Anything less than a three TD victory over Annie Mae will get our next coach fired.

MD:

TP is already trying to find a reason to fire the next guy. Apparently, he does not like who JSU is trying to hire. He knows that JSU may be one of our must win games, and that, not only will JSU not win the game by three touchdowns, but will not win at all.

This is regrettable. I've seen situations where fans tried to get the coach fired soon after the coach was hired. But I have never seen a fan lay the ground work for firing a coach before the coach is hired. Who wants to coach at JSU where a requirement to beat AAMU is a condition for keeping the job beyond the first year? Everyone JSU interviews will have seen the SCG, and will know that the chance of beating AAMU next year is nil.

Here goes the coach's carousel at JSU. I thought JSU had a better plan than this.

P.S. Why does Jenny Sue believe that a recycled coach from the Big Ten is better than a recycled coach from the SWAC?

Because chances are, that SWAC Coach is more clueless than Hughes.

Dude, Culberson said that he is looking for a coach that will dominate the SWAC, bcf, AND 1-AA football. Johnnie Cole won't cut. Neither will LC. Neither will Comegy. We are not looking at these smalltime coaches. We are going to bring in a coach who knows football and does not know the stupid ways of SWAC coaching.

this is on page two and it took all of five minutes to locate. Your turn fellas.

Mike, once again you have proven that you don't know ish. And this was before the NSU-Comegy hiring and waaaaay before Bell's hiring.

Liar, Liar, pants on fire. Why must TP always win against you bustas?
