I've never made that observation. The men are ok!

I attended a MEAC university for 2 years and I found the East Coast folks (Jersey, New York, Mass., etc.) very warm and friendly.
I'm from the West but most of my friends there were from the East and they were/are some of my best friends.

Maybe it's just that person, or that group of people with the funky attitude.

What's this about Anti-Dirty Southerners ???

What events led up to this determination ?

Being a fellow Dirty Southerner like yourself, I might be able to shed some light on the sitchie-ashun !!

Let's just say I'm very observant and notice a lot....just curious to know why, that's all.

Well, seeing that I'm an East Coast Transport, I don't find that EC people are uppity at all. The big differences I see in the East, and the South, is the weather, and the lifestyles.

Life moves at a much faster pace up here, than it does down South, but the people are pretty much the same. I've run across just as many people that are uppity down south, as I've met up here.

D-Town, I think you may have observed a few people, and drew an opinion of the masses, by the actions of a few. Let me find out D-Town is people profiling, like the police.

Trust me, people up here are friendly, they like partying just like southerners, and they are very open. Don't let the actions of a few, cloud your judgement.

NICE

Hear..hear......

Yeah D-Town, just do what the Pimp in the White Suit suggests and everything will be finger licking good !!!

To each his own....that's not how I see it.

DtownJag, they have been told a lot of stories about us down South. I used the uppity thing to my advantage. Another thing they think chitlings stink.
