Sometimes it could be due to being gullible or just plain naive.
Most of us wouldn't call a White reporter a friend if he constantly found ways to tarnish our alma mater. Just sayin'.

Hughes will be contacted by the NCAA to answer questions once the NCAA wraps up their discussions with the players recruited by Ole Miss and MSU.

To be clear, JSU hasn't done a thing.
 
Ole Miss has been cheating that started even when Hugh Freeze was a position coach there under Houston Nutt. When Ole Miss saw that they were going to be a lock for last place in the SEC WEST, they started to outright cheat. Buying players, Recruiting Violations, They are about to get hit with Lack of Institutional Control with show causes being levied on coaches. They supposed to get this player from Starkville by giving his girlfriend a scholarship to Ole Miss.

This thread is worthless when it comes to linking Coach Hughes with any NCAA penalties. It reminds me of one of those thread backfires.

Newsflash! Hughes is not a player. You're still reaching just like you were when this thread was created. Seems like you can't stand the fact that Hughes actually took a pay cut to come to JSU simply because he wanted to be a head coach.
Just because he took a pay cut doesn't mean he was running from something as you hinted.

There is absolutely nothing for me to "not stand" about JSU because JSU is just another SWAC school.
