Howard University faculty announces they will go on strike next week if an agreement is not reached by this Friday

I've seen this film before. When the bad news starts it snowballs and spirals completely out of control. It usually is the result of failed leadership from top to bottom.

The no confidence votes are next.

Vice President Harris' election brought much recognition to Howard University and its accomplishments and to its many accomplished graduates. Who would have known that so many problems underlied its shiny facade. Not to diminish the achievements of its grads, but how could such a renoun and expensive institution, situated just miles from our nation's seat of power, have so many solveable problems and so many unfulfilled students and falculty?

Easily. There's a lot of "stuff" that occurs @ The H. (administratively)

Some of us SWAC undergrads pre-90 said a looooong time ago that the truth would come out sooner or later so here we are, exposed.
