My heart goes out to the deceased and their family. I have no opinion or judgement, especially with the facts still coming out but my heart goes out to Ruggs as well.

Being a fan of the team, I've wondered about the vices and things out in Vegas (as compared to other cities) that could be a distraction. No matter who or what is at fault, this is such a hard lesson to learn for anyone to simply be careful, watch your moves, and take care of yourselves and those around you.

23yrs old...my heart goes out to the victim's family. Don't drink and drive. If you feel ANY bit of tipsy, call an Uber and have the establishment bail your car so it won't get towed

If I was his Attorney, I want the specs on that Toyota, recall information, independent expert to go over that truck on motion for inspection and the victim's autopsy when available. This is a result crime so every element of the offense especially the death part should be a vigorous defense. Such a tragedy.

It doesn't help he was impaired by twice the legal limit and was going well over (at least reportedly) 100 mph at the time of the crash.

Sad. Heck if you're going 156 mph, you're going to jail for killing someone even if you're sober. Unfortunate double whammy for him. Prayers to the victim and for him........he'll may never live this one down.

Crazy thing is that he's not known as a drinker. He got caught up in the lifestyle out there. He had an event scheduled for November 15th to give back to the less fortunate. You'd think this wouldn't have happened with his best friend passing away in a car accident 5 years ago.

The entire city is shaken by this news. Because, this is not Ruggs' behavior. But, one bad choice can be the reason between sitting in jail, or six feet under the dirt.

Luckily, he and his girlfriend are still alive. But, he is going have to serve some time behind this case. SMH. His family and friends really believe it's a mistake.
