Hearing Set in JSU Band Hazing Allegations

couldn't that upperclassman sue the school since she has proof she wasn't involved in any of that?? i mean, how can she fess up and tell them something, when she wasn't around it in the 1st place

No. she was not expelled. she was suspended during an investigation.

but Aaron, in the letter that they have is states that(quoted from the handbook) if they were found guilty, than disciplinary actions would happen (ie. suspension)

they passed this judgement on Friday, not today

That is assuming you have been "named" in a hazing incident. In this case the President of the University (within his power) suspended EVERYONE in the section until the completion of the investigation since no one has been named specifically.
 
Take notice how no one from other schools are in here jumping for joy and calling these kids every name under the sun...

It's called acting mature...


Best wishes for all who are involved, another case of kids being mis-guided and taking thing a bit too far...

None of these kids are criminals..

I honestly want them back in the band... I don't want to come to a jsu/SU game to see Crit and NT sad arses playing in a drum section.. That will suck..

but if the upperclassman has actual proof they wasn't in attendance @ the incident, they should be marching right now....or at least after the hearings

bruh, take it from someone who knows.... The school can and will do whatever they please. Those hearings are absolute jokes and mockeries....:shame::shame:
