Charles mentioned to chattabox that he prefers to have the SWAC and MEAC meet up in the play in game because it guarantees 1.6 million for the winning conference .

If we were just a typical 16th seed, we wouldn't have received the national press that we have been receiving. The play in game has given us some serious press

that's the upside...downside is that both teams don't have the opportunity to advance.
