Don't matter if PV or stu is playing well, those games need to be at the halfway point and end of conference play. They can easily schedule everyone to play their road partners that way. Ain't no way we should be playing that 1st week in January when no one is at either campus.

Why did they change it from the old format.
 
been like that since 2002....but the format before the end of the season was crazier as both teams played on a Saturday and Tuesday back-to-back..lol...alot had to do when A&M came into the SWAC so the rotation changed

If PV plays well, that makes the Houston contest even better as average PV teams in February drew crowds to Houston and TSU fans show up even more..the 2003 game was it

Rice is a young team, they will be tough next year, my buddy from PV has a son that plays there, he is a freshman but he tough Connor Cashaw, his big uncle played at Rice back in the day, it was fun watching him play against Akeem, Clyde the Glide, Cadillac and all those guys back in the day, good win TSU
 



im seeing too many missed layups and #33 is big for nothing.

sam houston 44 su 40 halftime

second chance points for sam houston mostly.
 
Seems like TSU and PV are looking good early on. SU will be a force as well. Alcorn played tough for a half so we should see if they continues. Haven't seen much from bama state but with Lewis Jack they will contend

We are missing key players. We won't know how good we really are until SWAC play starts.

Yeah, the first 2 games Alcorn played a pretty good 1st half and then faded fast in the 2nd half.
