We talked about this at the game. Stribling didn't even need a huge recruiting budget because of his Mississippi ties to his HS days. Strictly Mississippi and Memphis.

Hopefully Payne can utilize those connections once the JUCO players are gone (there are a lot of Valley alums coaching HS ball in Mississippi)
