A couple of the problems I wouldn't post publicly due to my loose affiliation with the school
All I will say is that winning cures everything and Hunter I think can do it at Valley. I think Dancy CAN do it but he has to get a QB and hit on his recruits (well Totten has to hit). Smith (softball) is a legend so his status is secure at Valley. Every other hire outside of that goes back to one person. One thing that I will criticize said person for is that they absolutely suck at fundraising and securing sponsorships from local businesses (Valley is in the rural Delta but there are 5 multi-million-billion companies within a 3-4 mile radius of campus yet Pepsi only sponsors Valley). Alums (not Valley or the athletic department) are doing the scoreboard campaign ( https://mvsunaagives.net/index.php/donations/game-day-score-initiative/ ) to upgrade all the scoreboards and will control the money raised from said scoreboards if we raise all the money
Sooner or later, the chickens will come to roost for all the stuff previously mentioned. Alums are growing restless
