Hats off to Dorsey and PV

Congradulations to Dorsey and the PV Panthers, TSU may have won the game, but PV never gave up. That little rat of a QB is a good scrambler. I am going out on the limb and say give PV another year or so to develop, they are going to do some serious damage in the SWAC.

PV's band was :tup: they are good.

Jafus, my friend it was good to meet you and the other PV faithful.

He was the best thing PV had going for them... He made a couple bad decisions (interceptions) but overall he was pretty good. TSU played a BAD game and came away with a convincing victory. TSU's receivers need to walk around campus with the football in their hand all week.... They dropped TOO MANY passes, and most of them were touchdown passes.

that qb who caused you all trouble was Joseph Vaughn. He was a top 100 recruit from Texas three years ago but ended up at PV after other things did not fall through. He is a All-SWAC center fielder also.

That kid is the real deal and has the best arm on the team. He should start next week since he has scored the team's omly points.

As for TSU's team, they are weak defensively. Our running backs actually looked decent against them and we made several key passes down the middle. If we had a halfway decent line and cut down the mental mistakes by our starting qb, we should have hung in the game.

We need those extra scholarships fast.
 
PV actually had a decent offense..... the problem was their defense.... It was like pitch and catch... receivers were 5 yards behind the dbs and basically walking in the endzone. TSU defense needs work. PV was passing all over TSU. The one touchdown from PV was LUCKY as hell though lol... Dude just happenned to be at the right place at the right time and a deflected pass fell in his arms.

Joe Joe, was recruited by West Piont and Southern, I guess they backed off.
 
I bet SU wished they had him now. That kid is tough. If Marcus Jacoby and Sam George ran that offense well imagine Vaughn - who has a better arm and strength.

All he needs is a line and a gamebreaker at receiver,
