But you did not score 60 points tho.... any type of defense and yall aint seeing 60 lol

Did you 'not' read why we didn't score 60 lol...

Any type of defense...really?? smh I'm not going to re-post, I refuse to believe my ppl aint that slow...I think it's the pride, but lol yea you know...

The score was 3-0...Folk sit up and say that was the same team from the 2nd half of PV game or the 2nd half of Alcorn's game was the same team and same play-calling done that 1st half of Valley and A&M's game lol...and before you say we got TDs on a punt block (in that Alcorn game) and use that which I know you will reach for..1 of those blocks was a TD and the other punt block the one that happened in the 3rd qrt or 4th we had to score off that one...so that's null and the other scores were from our offense...I guess Alcorn had busted coverages too on those other scores lol..
and the pass from Doss that Valley game, the DB was right behind him lol..dude I saw the highlights and he was pushed out at the 6yd line, DB caught him..so that wasn't no busted coverage like you're reaching for lol..dude miss me again...and the pass from Quinn, if you heard, before he caught that pass the offense was moving the ball, lol...(passing the ball through the air) and that led to Quinn big play...lol...like I said, the offense was opened up..lol... Dude don't sit up here and act like defenses are just shutting down SU offense when the play-calling is done right lol...dude stop...

So.....I read that lil thesis statement or whatever. So you mean to tell me, su fields different teams and has seperate play-books. Or are you making excuses for the same team that aint scored 60 points on anybody since hector was a pup? Explain to bleed, cuz bleed is confused as a mf!!!

man bleed stay lost lol..nothing really new but I'll be glad to explain, it's called 'game-planning' SU coach seems to have 'his' game-plan in place when playing a team, obvious it doesn't work which either causes us to be behind at half (PV and Alcorn) or barely winning the game at half (Valley & A&M) game which makes it both situations the offense struggling...play-calling is different when the coach is trying to implement his game-plan..Fans been questioning his approach to these games to why he doesn't call the game (not him play=calling literally) but why don't he allow the play-call be the same as it is when we are playing from behind or when the offense isn't doing what it's capable of doing (thus me saying opening up the playbook which is done by then) (still the same playbook but more plays are being call that suits our offense and players) thus you seeing two different teams, the one that's trying to stick to the coach's gameplan and the one that's wilding out and playing ball. Make sense to the average football fan and those who know see's the same SU team yall call sad on another level than the teams in this conference thus ignoring the dumb post that some of your fellow JSU and other schools post about the team lol...the average football personal knows it's two different teams each game they witness lol...so again things doesn't necessary lie on the players (the ones yall call sad) but more so the HC...

Lol

Dude said 2013 but it funny how folks forget how shitty the EAST was lol...smh...live life...The whole sad part about this is...Even with the average of 2 wins..The top 2 teams in the West still can beat whoever goes to Houston from the EAST lol..wasn't the case the years the East was shitty, the WEST was dominate lol...

Was, Was, Was.... the top 2 teams in the west can still beat whoever goes to houston from the east. Ok, top two teams are pv and su, who both lost to jsu, and one who lost to alcorn. OK. As for your play-calling post, it is called "doing whatever it takes to win" Do we or better yet, comegy want to pass the ball? NOPE. We want a balanced offense. I am so sorry that you have a coach that this late in the season still does not play to your "strengths" or whatever, that sounds like you hired someone who (as you say) does not know football. That is your fault lol.

The top 2 teams lost yea but again one of those teams had both JSU and Alcorn beat (took a short pass to survive that game and a extra time (OT) to win against that one team) and as far as play-calling post, doing whatever it takes to win is doesn't make sense, if you put teams away or can put up numbers in with the play-calling you do in one half (2nd half) vs the play-calling you do in another half (1st half) that doesn't yield any good result....as fans we would like to see you do what yields the best results which is the play-calling done in the second half (opening the book up) Don't be sorry, just hope the light doesn't come on until "after" the season, becuz folks who know football knows if it comes on now (Friday) it's a different team...so thanks for your concern lol...and it's not my fault neither..

We are coming atleast 20k deep to houston....regardless of who we play. The scg is OUR TIME lol, it does not matter who we play really, just the fact that we are going. Then you have to factor in the fair-weather fans who will go just because we are undefeated (God Willing). An undefeated jsu squad can play anybody in the scg and alot of folks will still come. I think pv folks would come if they went etc. SU going just makes the atmosphere intense, nobody is going to "do the most" just because jsu vs su is on the ticket.

How long have you been watching SWAC football? You really don't understand. PV fans are not going to pack Reliant for that game. They will have a good number but not what you may be thinking. Those Texas schools can't even outnumber SU when we play them in regular games in Houston. LOL. Also you don't understand old school JSU folks who live outside of Jackson and MS in general like my best friend who would be more inclined to show up to Houston if SU is playing JSU than if they are playing PV or TxSU. A lot of folks are that way. Just like I know some SU folks outside of Houston and LA that would fly down to see SU vs JSU over SU vs Bama State or Alcorn. It just sparks more of the interest for folks to spend that money. Everybody ain't youngsters going to Houston to party. LOL. Some old school JSU folks still look at PV as the old PV with not much hoopla. Not interested. That's why folks don't go to Shreveport when yall play them whether it was homecoming the week before or not.

Some of your alums ain't following your football team that hard. They just know yall are in first place and if they think it is an attractive matchup in the SCG, they will fly down. Not all our fans are diehard. I don't think JSU has taken 20K to the SCG since 99.

If you say so...and I have been watching swac ball since a youngster lol but I just now started caring four years ago. For the die-hard football fans, we don't care lol. I would personally like to see that dynamic pv offense again. Su is just a rival to me, nothing special except the tension.

Just like JSU is not special to the younger SU folks. Yall have not been around for that game long term. The old school like the old rivalries that go back. Some JSU folks still don't like SU since the infamous Walter Payton game in the 70s in BR. It is what it is. Just like young SU fans don't understand our rivalry with FAMU. No biggie. I am just saying the JSU fan living in say, Kansas City Mo will be more inclined to spend that money to come to Houston to see that tension and buildup between both schools. PV and that offense means nothing to them because all they are concerned with is JSU kicking some arse and they love it when it is SU they are kicking. Otherwise it is still PV. You see how your own posters were the week yall were playing PV. Ho hum.

That was my only point.

According to BIGHEAD Southern's offense is better (when the coach opens up the offense). :emlaugh:

Nah our offense ain't better. We got some nice weapons. But you can't be better if you ain't utilizing it. Orlando is utilizing his weapons. Albeit at the demise of your defense. PV has the best offense in the SWAC. But JSU is the most balanced and it looks like Bama State is pretty balanced too.

So you think 20K fans from JSU went in 07 and 12?

Yep... 2007's attendance was 43k and that was against Gram. You know they didn't bring any fans and our side of Legion was packed. 2012's attendance was about 31k, and about 20k or a little bit less was JSU.

Yeah I can believe 2007. And you right they probably didn't bring any fans. LOL. Didn't know if UAPB brought 10K or more for that game against yall last season. I knew that one was less attended than the 07 one. I think 07 was the second largest SCG crowd.

Hey PV...they have more excuses for that sorry offense than a black man in jail.

Just like the time that one guy said "SU lost intensity because they scored too soon" :emlaugh:
