The SU game was a good reason to fire Barlow. SU came in with the top QB in the conference and we knew they were going to pass the ball. It looked they were playing Madden against our secondary. Our DB's sucked all season but they never changed their coverage scheme. We had the best DL in the SWAC this year
 
Good job ASU. That stadium should be a big draw. The SWAc needed a coaching overhaul. When you have the likes of Dawson Odums winning the title, you know its time to blow things up.

I wouldn't say that ...maybe 3 out of 5...

when the AD gave Jones a 1 yr contract last year around this time it was evident we were getting a new coach....

I said last year when it happened SCG title or else....you see what happened when we didn't get it!

like I keep saying it has become a SWAC arms race especially over in the EAST :lol:

Nobody has answered my question so I will ask again, is Barlow really out or are these just rumors? Does anyone have a link?
 
First they hire a woman president now they fire an 8 win coach. I told yall ASU is trying to get like MightyJSU

This would be a perfect place for Comegy to land, no rules, education is not important, you can bring any criminal in, no oversight, questionable leadership...,.

Any respectable team should fire their coach for losing to this guy

No respectable coach with an established program should lose to Odums. The only other respectable team that hasnt fired their coach is PV

General Odums is going to wreak havoc on jsu football program. :lol: :emlaugh: The coaching fraternity in the SWAC East is dropping like flies my "Gawd," The General Odums putting some Ace Mumford type chit on them. :lol: :emlaugh:
