Hurt? You better ask your fellow JSU folks if JR is hurt by yall. I grew up in a JSU household, from Jackson and probably know more about JSU than you do. I am never hurt by anything you clowns do over there. LOL. I actually feel bad for my kinfolks who graduated from there and give money to the school that they have to be dealing with an AD who puts her personal preference for women over the school's well being and a President who is too pompous to even talk to the regular JSU alum. Now yall done hired poor Harold Jackson to be your coach and hope he can do something that Comegy couldn't do consistently. Nah, I actually feel sorry for yall on this one. Unlike a lot of folks. I don't hate JSU. But I am not going to sit here and allow yall to spin this farce of a hire either.

You know this is a bad hire. If he was hired at SU it would be a bad hire. Harold is a good man. But you don't fire Comegy to hire him. If you had hired Hughes, Jenkins, even Shannon or Nix. I would have said that may work for JSU. Hell even if you gave DJ Jones a shot. I could see it more than this. You would have been better off asking Eddie Payton to stop coaching golf and come coach football. Then you pay him 260K? More than you paid Comegy? It ain't even about if you got the money. It made no sense. No one wanted Harold to come coach to the point you had to pay 260K. LIke Get Ready tweeted or posted, I know JSU ain't paying Harold Jackson 260K. As a young JSU supporter, I am actually shocked you are riding with this foolishness when none of the other young and older alums are. LOL.

Man I actually hope Harold can win at JSU. JSU being down is not good. He is good folks. So I don't wish any bad on him. I know JSU folks will turn on him if he don't get it done. Especially since most are not happy with the hire.

seeing them go through that debacle was sad....to be honest

It sure was. I still remember that 04 game in the Dome against SU. I couldn't even enjoy it. I rather JSU be good and think they are great and then beat them. It was no fun during the Bell years at all.

260k a year buys you 12 weekend getaways with MaseratiXXX with 200k left in the bank. Old Harold won't have to worry the Queen. She charges $5000 per weekend getaway.
