On a fair catch, even if it's a bobbled, the defense isn't allowed to touch the ball if the returner bobbles until it hits the ground. Even if the returner bobbles it right into your hands like it happened there, it's still considered kick catch interference. I only know that rule because I saw it happen in a Titans game several years back.
