Grambling vs. Alabama A&M football game moved!

I called it. :tup: I think this is a good move. The game is not gonna be like a GSU/Alcorn attendance, and will be competitive enough for entertainment tv. It may gain some attendance by moving to Thursday (if pub'd right).

It will be SOG's call -- my road dog. I keep vacation days just for Grambling football. Sept. will be wild. I have to fly to BR to drive up to Alcorn (week one). Two weeks later -- I am off to the Pacific Northwest to watch the G-MEN go 3-0 against the Pacific 10!

I would hold off on making reservations for a few days until the particulars are worked out
 
Did anyone check with Mighty Dog and the Windsuit Posse? Hope this doesn't conflict with their Bingo nite.
 



Glad Southern wasn't involved in another Thursday night game because the Jaguar Nation Board of Regents wouldn't approve it.

I never thought this game would be the one to be moved.... I am supposed to work that week at school if I don't find something else during the summer months...... I sure hte that because that puts me in a BAD SPOT because I really need to be there for the first week of school.... So I am going to have to see how I can manipulate my way around this because I will just be getting back from Atlanta on the 6th this is not GOOD!!!!!

I need to work around this some kinda way......... :whine: :whine: :whine:

How are folk making room on their schedule???? The location, and weekend hasn't changed with this game, just the day of the week????

I guarantee SU will have 1000 times the people in Houston than AAMU will have in Gram. The problem is it probable would have been 10000 times the people.
