Optimists will say "he closed the season on a winning streak"

Detractors will say "AAMU hasn't been in contention in the SWAC East since 2021". I think the detractors will win out. Beating a 0-1 win Valley isn't exactly a resume booster

This isn’t what I planned on watching. This AAMU team doesn’t look gritty on offense without Lankford at QB.

I was ready to change out Brown in the first half. He was holding the ball too long and getting unnecessarily sacked, did not run with purpose when he ran, and just looked lackadaisical in getting the plays off. Thank goodness things got better in the second half.
