I like summer also, but the temp over the weekend was kicked up more than normal for June.

I should have taken the kids to the Water Park. :idea:

I like the summer also. I just don't be outside as much now as I did when I was younger. Somehow the heat always make my head hurt if I stay in it too long. :sick:
 
HOT WEATHER

Is it hot in your neck of the woods? Baton Rouge is a scorcher. I will be so happy when it rains!!

It's a damn shame here. I leave the house for only ONE hour a day. Online classes are a blessing. In class tight now...
 
I grew up in freezng cold all my life, so the last 10 years or so Ive been in the south, I have LOVE IT.... I can deal with the heat.... But it is hot as hell in Baton Rouge..

But my dog on the other hand..... Looks at me like I'm sick when I leash him up and say let's go outside to potty...:retard: :retard:
 



I am in Jackson. It's HOT. Ain't no TREES on this darn campus. It's HOT. I am ACTUALLY KINDA GLAD I am under the weather, which means I can't go outside.

Sweating does the body good. It really cleans out your system and it also helps your lungs to become stronger so you can breathe better. Just make sure that you wear a cap of some sort to keep the sun off of your face and don't forget to take a towel with you everywhere you go to wipe away the excessive sweat. ;)
 
I am SURE sweating does the body good, I love to work up a good sweat but not when you can barely stand for five minutes at a time. I did tell myself I was gonna venture outside to see how I react.
 
Its a mild 112 degrees today. And dont try that dry heat bullisht I argue with people all the time about which is hotter BR or PHX. Sometimes the car's thermometor reads 140
 
Yep. It's hot...We took the summer camp kidos to the park yesterday and my head didn't cool down til' 10:00pm last nite. :shame:

Man them track meets aint nice in the summer time. My oldest son was running for one of those tracks clubs in the summer and we would go to those meets and it would be hot as wolf Pzy. Wish they could have better schedules so you would know what events are being ran at what times. We would have to sit out there all dam day to see the prelims, semi's and finals.

It's gonna be a long hot summer........
