Who all will be attending the Georgia HS Championships this weekend in the Dome? I will be there watching the Decatur High team. My niece's boyfriend's cousin plays DB for them. :D MH, will you be attending?
 



BB and MH send your little championship team over to the 'SIP, so S. Panola can pratice for the off season....

MH; I was at the Stephenson game Friday night. Stephenson was crushed. Camden County had too much speed for them. It looks as if the balance of power will be shifting back to South Georgia where it belongs.
Comparing Mississippi's high school football to Georgia's is like comparing a dollar to a dime.

I am surprised to hear that Camden had too much speed for Stephenson. Up until now, Stephenson had used speed to kill a lot of folks. I couldnt believe that final score. :eek:

And yeah, looks like the balance will be back in south Georgia. I'm soooo glad the big Gwinnett County schools got their butts kicked.
 
MH, we dont need money over here. Pure talent!!! Corn Bread, pinto beans, and kool-aid is all we need......

Them pop warner preps in GA aint used to hardnose tackling. We tackle in the streets here in the 'SIP.

Yeah, my high school was sorry but what does have to do with sorry UGA, Auburn, and the Falcoons???...and we know BAMA Jelly is sorry.
 
I was kinda shocked by the Stephenson game also. I just knew they would avenge last year. But that combined with the fact of no Cobb County teams says I won't be going. I don't want to see Marist.

Did ya'll see that ending of the Newnan/Parkview game??? :eek:
 



I was going to see Spalding play(even though I went to Griffin, but Spalding is reppin the Griff-Town), but we are in the SWAC Championship, so I guess I'll go see us win one ourselves.
 
MH; The score was no indication of how bad Stephenson was beat. Not many people know about Camden County but they are for real and they have the eye of the Hornet. They have tremendous speed on both sides of the ball and dress out about 100 players. About 3 years ago they won the state track title with no points in the field events or the distance races. The biggest problem they have had in the past has been coaching and grades.
 
It was a good hit!! Man that was HS and FB drama at it finest. I just knew P'view was gonna slip out with another one. Then BAM!! it was all over. I don't like P'view but I had to feel sorry for that QB, I don't he even saw it coming.
