I kinda believe that that is really how he is: strongly leaning on his family for the decisions he makes.

Anybody noticed that his mom is also an executive producer on the show?

Check the credits at the beginning of the show. Her name is Sonja (or Sonya) Norwood. Their mother has ALWAYS managed their careers since the very beginning. That may be part of the reason why Ray leans on his mother so heavily. She's an aggressive and intimidating woman. We saw that from last night. :lol: That woman got mind control. Look at how her husband changed his mind AFTER she kept saying, "no." Mind control. That woman needs to be my mentor! :lol:

According to Monica Leon herself during a radio interview with Hutch Daddy Dolla on Hot 97.3 she reveals information about her past life as a stripper, and a prostitute.

“I have done pictures, I’ve been an exotic dancer and I’ve also done some prostitution and that’s something that I really didn’t want to just talk about right away cause it’s a scary scary thing, it has such a negative connotation to it.
