True. The streak had to end at some point, but anyone who thinks the SEC is not going to remain dominant is fooling themselves. The demographics of this country would have to change drastically for that to happen.

Eventually the streak would end. I do not expect the SEC to be down next season. Georgia and LSU's defenses were young this season. Auburn's defense should be better next season. Tennessee maybe better this fall. I also expect a lot out of Florida State next season.

Florida State isn't just going to waltz to 12-0 again. Their schedule will have a little more of a challenge next season with games against OK State, Notre Dame, Louisville, and a much-improved Florida.
 
Good enjoyable game. Winston was big in the 2nd half.

EB, I would include Missouri in your list above. They have some athletes.

3 easy wins right there, with the lone tough contest being ND. For some reason, FSU never has it easy with them.

And yeah, Bama woulda beat the brakes of FSU, just like they did with Auburn and OU. :smh:
 
Bama vs Florida State? Since they did not play.......We will never know......With a 4 team playoff, we might just see that game up next year. it is crystal clear that the football world no longer has to adjust to Bama. Bama has to adjust to the Auburns' and Oklahoma's of the world. It is just like martial arts, a great opponent will make your strength your weakness.

The over sized linebackers and defensive ends can no longer be a recruiting target during this adjustment for Bama. The read option pistol type offenses is the way to beat Bama. The players to make that adjustment are there; however, this year very young.

Congrats to Florida State, the 2013-14 KINGS of COLLEGE football.

PS: That #1 for Florida State is a BEAST!

Well the SEC's streak has ended! Seems like it was a down year for the SEC. Alabama's 2013 championship team would have put it to Florida State!

na man. I listened to that Patrick Willis interview after our win on Sunday and it was sad. Him and Frank Gore should neverrrr get in front of the mic.

Some of ones from FAMU were even worse...:smh:. I don't understand DCG. But at the end of the day, everyone must do what is best for him or herself. I look crazy defending HBCUs when we have Presidents robbing the bank.

Ahh ok. I heard something about that on CNN this morning. I was thinking the same thing though. He needs to take a speech class. It's funny how "we" can say something about ourselves, but when "they" say the same thing, it's racist.

Gore has some speaking issues for sure. I saw an ESPN special on PW and he didn't sound too bad, but if you listen to his dad you understand why he sounds the way he sounds.

The funniest quote I've seen so far was on FB. Someone said Jameis Winston sounded like "CJ" from A Soldier's Story. I dropped my phone on that one! I just imagined the look on Sargeant Waters face if he would've been standing next to Winston. LOL!!!
