About the same in Texas and if the act is serious enough they will confiscate your gear and vehicle. In Alabama if you get caught the first fish is up to $250 and a $100 for each fish after

I'll take their word.Yes. They said there are two strips of meat behind the eyes that are edible.
You and me both. I've seen Asian families that catch ribbon fish and eat them on the pier. The guy told me they are good for your "nature" and tried to get me to taste it. I said hard (no pun intended) pass!I'll take their word.

@Fiyah can videos be posted on this forum?
I don't use lures at all. I use Fishbites instead of fresh dead shrimp most of the time. I rarely fish using live bait.Instead of lures or live bait?
Or do you tip your lures with Fishbites?
Most of the time, I tip my shrimp or blood worms with the Fishbites. I use them to help hold the shrimp on the hook if I’m casting from the pier or in the surf. I’m also thinking about trying live shrimp.Instead of lures or live bait?

I totally agree. That fish ain't no good to eat. It just is good for laying eggs or putting the Sperm in the eggs.He should have reeled it in, took a picture and video and let it threw it back.
What's the point of keeping it, he's not going to eat it, I hope.
