Nice, Grambling is apart of 3 of the Classic's on the list so far, will be four after Saturday.

A&M should be ASHAMED. The PV people need a boost also in a region with 4.5M people and a winning program for 3 years.

The numbers are not 'FINAL'...

The NCAA post-season counts as home games for those who play on their homefield.

I believe the SoCon tops the NCAA attendance count for games thus far - since the SWAC has not been boosted by the addition of 'Classics' just yet. That occurs at the end of the year for the conference attendance for those of us who can add the amount of home games by schools compared to the conference's total home games.

Let's all congratulate the JSU Tigers and the FAMU Rattlers

The 2010 FCS home attendance figures are in and JSU is # 3 nationally in FCS with attendance of 24,140, FAMU is # 12 @ 15,913. JSU and FAMU are the top two black colleges with the most football fans attending their games. GO TIGERS and GO RATTLERS

Re: Let's all congratulate the JSU Tigers and the FAMU Rattlers

Hey mafree'.... U still coming to Garland, Texas March '11 to "slap the taste out of my mouth?" I've been eating poke bone and ham hocks to fatten my jaws up so you can what you wanna' do.

Don't let me down and not show up. :emlaugh:

Re: Let's all congratulate the JSU Tigers and the FAMU Rattlers

Those are not the FINAL numbers.

Keep in mind the Division I Football Championship is on-going and the home teams for each playoff game counts attendance towards their final numbers.

As far as conference attendance race goes, the SWAC is not No. 1 as of right now, but should raise to the top spot when the Classics are added at the end of season (as they typically are - at least for those of us who can do basic math).

Re: Let's all congratulate the JSU Tigers and the FAMU Rattlers

These are final #'s for these two schools and I do know for a fact that JSU and FAMU are the top HBCU's in home attendance.
Type in 2010 FCS home attendance and ya'll will see the final list.

By the way everyone, JSU ladies basketball beat texas state last week. GO SWAC, this ones for you texas none-terror. lol

Congratulations to JSU

Once again JSU has lead all hbcu's in home attendance. This year's figure is 24,140 averaged fans per game.
Congratulations TIGERS

Wow. TSU goes 4-7 last season and fires the coach. 3-8 this season losing every OVC game. We played 1 HBCU and 3 Non HBCU's, Yet we still outdraw everyone in the SWAC except JSU. Per SWAC posters this shouldn't happen, since we play OVC schools that don't bring a crowd to Nashville. What's the excuse?

Where's your game/attend link "talker?" Hearsay is what you're spewing.

I wanna' see opponent/attend for myself. Also, what R your ticket prices? :swink: And, do you guys count total attend w/ STUDENTS vs only paying custs? :read:

Excuses are tools of the incompetent used to build monuments to nothing

So whats your excuse for losing so much?
If I lost every conference game, I would not be bragging about how many people saw my team get kicked to sleep each week.
