The books need to be looked at to determine what the deficit is or was. I don't trust situation that has been set up by a revolving door of short tenured presidents that for the most part cared little for athletics. Gallot asked to see the books and money that was previously being withheld was suddenly released. I also question whether all ten presidents attend those council of president meetings or is just a quorum of presidents meeting and voting for the entire conference. This stuff thinks, do any of you really believe the only way the deficit could be made up was by withholding every last dollar from the tournament over the last several years?

All 10 presidents have not been litigators in court either. Hell, Rick is a criminal defense attorney and they operate on a different frequency which is good for GSU; plus he was a State Rep and State Senator. Meaning, he has a talk is bullshit show me the proof type of attitude.

It may be why Duer is not there anymore. Like I said before those meeting when they go in to Executive Session may be a bitch. They may have found out about some crap that Duer was doing and GSU forced Duer to do the right thing by giving us what was rightfully ours and then the council of presidents probably asked him (Duer) to step down or risk going public with his bullshit.

All I will say is this...the SWAC is made up of 10 member schools. The SWAC office/commissioner reports to the presidents of each member institution. Last I checked, Texas Southern has a seat at the table. If you REALLY want the answers you are looking for I'm sure your president has the answers.

I wasn't trying to be disrespectful LD. I'm not dismissing your concern at all. I was simply saying that ultimately the answers you are looking for are on the TSU campus.
