Down goes Kansas St.





NDSU may just win their 3rd consecutive FCS National Title this year...keep in mind that they were in Division II less than 10 years ago. They also have a bunch of Div. II National Titles as well...they have built a true dynasty

To revise and reiterate an earlier point: North Dakota State is 7-3 against FBS teams since 2006.

If going 10-3 and 11-2 the past 2 seasons is falling off, then SU needs to take a page out of KSU's book.

ND State is good...So is Sam Houston. Unfortunately, we won't be on their level.....:(

They were contenders for the national title last year. I think they lost to Baylor late in season.
Oh well...they might as well mail it in for their national championship hopes...its over baby
I know how mad we be (yes I said we be) when JSU loses...how mad are Kansas State fans right now?

I don't think this is an upset. NDSU had won three straight games against FBS opponents heading into Friday's game against Kansas State.

Folks. I said they have fallen off from the past 2 seasons, meaning the past 2 years were great for them, but they aren't on that level anymore. No Colin Klein, and Ron Prince's players are gone.

I think it is...you're talking abut a squad that was close to a BCS title berth over an FCS team with less scholarships...granted, KSU did lose 9 or 10 starters from last seasons defense. It's a game NDSU isn't supposed to win, but had the capability to win.

But then again, Lou Holtz even picked NDSU to win
 
Because even Lou Holtz saw that all of K-State's talent is gone. Those Kansas State folks now see how much Ron Prince really contributed to their program, he was the one that brought them all of that talent they had the past 2 seasons.

I wouldn't go that far. Kansas State isn't as good as they've been in the past few seasons, but they're still miles better than any FBS team that NDSU had beaten to this point.

P88 tried to warn yall that NDSU ain't no FCS when they beat the brakes off us last year, they really a disguised FBS team, they got a dome stadium and they the only game in town, they got PLENTY of support those jokers are good for real

They don't exactly blow every team out typically(looking at their run over the previous two season they had quite a few close calls against FCS competition) but they do play fundamentally sound football and is the best FCS program in the nation right now
