Not sure if anyone else has heard anything about this, but check this out...

Isn't this the same guy that was talking about getting a dome built in Birmingham. Also wasn't he also talking about having the new stadium built on Bama State's campus?? Not sure if I am correct about all of this, but correct me if I am wrong.
