What was she up to? They say she didn't release the recording but you could tell from listening to it she wanted the guy to keep spewing his racism.

How can one naively ignore the words of people in power who have the wherewithal to effect change in vital areas such as hiring practices like this man?
Our ignoring them allows their discriminatory practices to fester and grow.

Housing discrimination, the ability to impact where people live, has a massive domino effect on how people and families function.

That's what Sterling should have been banned for.

Sequence of events of why she released the tapes:
1. Sterling's side piece was milking millions out of his racist azz.
2. Sterling's bat crap crazy racist wife wanted to put an end to what was happening by suing the side piece for extortion.
3. After the bat crap crazy racist wife filed the law suit, the side piece went to her backup plan by releasing to TMZ a recorded conversation she had with Sterling with him making all kinds of racist rants.
4. Once Sterling realized that she had recorded him and had released a tape to TMZ due to his bat crap crazy wife's law suit, he went to the Los Angeles Chapter of the NAACP and paid them $5,000 so they can present him their lifetime achievement award. The award was going to be Sterling's way of saying he is really not racist.
5. The NBA had to come out strong against Sterling since the players were talking about striking in the middle of the playoffs.
6. Now the racist mofo is trying to make the NBA suffer because the commissioner and other league owners are requiring him to sell his team.

I do not have sympathy for him. If he dies he dies, oh well... Cancer sucks, I lost several family members to the disease in its various forms. But for this dude, I welcome his death.

Interesting.

Some people really believe in racial stereotypes. Really believe that the differences in people can be explained by ethnicity alone. We have some Black people on this site who feel that way about white people.

From previous threads, any time a person defends the whorish ways of women, especially those that have babies out of wedlock and lie about who's the real daddy because she doesn't know which one of the many men she slept with planted the seed in her tells me a lot about the moral character of that individual in defense of that behavior. And that has nothing to do with race.

Also, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know Donald Sterling is a racist when he says things like, "all Black people stinks", but his knee-grow bed wench doesn't thinks he's a racist because he like sticking his little willy in multi-color punnanies.

It's human nature for a person to defend what they love the most, even if what they love the most don't love them back and that is called IRRATIONAL human behavior. For an example, see Exhibit A directly above this post. :emlaugh:
