Clearly, you know nothing about the position though. He has those stats because QBs are throwing at him. Chris Brown sees maybe two passes a game in his direction. He has four interceptions. McNeese didn't throw at him one time. I was there. I know. Alcorn didn't throw at him except for screen plays. In which, he was blocked by the other WR and still was making the tackles. The list goes on and on... The first time he was actually thrown at was against Langston and he picked off two in that game. Being a corner is much more than getting INTs though. It's also intimidating the competition.

I'm sure you understand that concept. If not, just go ask Deon Sanders. He should be able to fill you in on the rest.

Props to your DB having 10 picks....but man we all know(or at least those who understand football know) that a corners worth is not determined by his picks alone. I can remember when Shaun Springs and Antoine Winfield were all american corners at Ohio St. and neither had a pick their final year in school. Because QB's know not to throw it their way. I'm not saying your corner isn't good, but he is no Chris Brown!

Chris Brown is hands down the best Corner in the SWAC, and next April on draft day, yall will all understand this fact.

I'm not discrediting anything you are saying. All that holds true... But to say, your DB is the best simply because of INTs is flawed. Chris Brown probably doesn't see half the passes your boy sees. Why do you think he is an All-American? Everyone has seen the tapes and knows not to test him. You might get luckly and beat him once but on the regular I'll bet you that C-Bo will have us going in the other direction.

It's the same concept that was used last year against Grambling. We had Spears on one side. An All-SWAC player... So, they threw at an unknown Chris Brown. That's why he had so many INTs last year. Now, they stop throwing in Brown's direction and throw at Bond or over the middle. Bond has four INTs and Denmark Reed has six.

You have only one player with INTs. Which means basically avoid him and you are cool. You can't do that with us. We have players at every position capable of taking one back. No one in our secondary gets picked on.
