Do HBCU's need to evolve with the times?

Yea....everyone wanted equality and the ability to attend anywhere...now everyone wants to complain that more blacks go to PWC's than HBCU's.

Not trying to be funny, I could attend anywhere I wanted ever since I could remember as long as I met the admission requirements. That included high school public and private (as long as the tuition wasn't too much. There were some that costed $4,000 in '81).
