Dillards Clearance Sale - 2006


I went last night, and found ABSOLUTELY NAYTHING FOR MYSELF :redhot:...I did find 6 long sleeved shirts for Devin, for a total of $29. :eek:

I mean, I didn't even find ONE, SINGLE PAIR OF SHOES...that has to be a first. I've never gone to a sale as such, and came out of the store empty handed. :(

sorry!!! Them women really ran through them shoes EARLY...It was like Pandemoniam (sp) at the Galleria Dillards.

It was some ugly schitt in the store, to me...I really didn't see anything, that caught my eye. :tdown: Even the shoes weren't cute.
 
D#MN yo, the D was calling back.

I got a Sport Coat, a vest, another pair of shoes (Kenneth Cole), a tie and some more pants.


That's it, Im done with the D. I've spent d@mn near my entire parttime check on Clothing. I just gave that money right back to them.

I think they?re out of style in my locale.

Are you talking about like the sweater vest? (I got like a hundred of those) or
The button up vest? (I think these are out of style around here)

I copped a sweater vest for next season. Them things never go out of style.
I have a couple of button up vest that I sport with a nice tie and slacks.
3 peice suits will NEVER GO OUT OF STYLE team!!!!!

The main thing is to have a variet when you shop. I got so many styles and colors its crazy yo.

But I see alot of BIG dudes wearing these little slip on slipper-like shoes

OK, Sonny, hurry with that money you owe me...'cause I drove today to the other mall and that Dillards does not have the sale either. :bawling: I talked with two employees and they said they were scheduled to have the sale, but the store manager cancelled it. Now, they don't know when or if they will have it. :(

Foley's didn't have an extra off sale either. Nice suits, just not enough off for a spree.:(

I dont do Penny loafers with suits. shat looks tacky as L to me, but if its your thing....DO YOU!!!

The shoe game aint my forte' perse'. Im more of the shirt and tie man myself. Just have a variety. Wingtips, loafers, tie-ups, square toes, etc etc. You might want to ask DSN or Sperm what their opinion is on shoes.
 
I went to Dillards again. I left work at 9:45am and just came back at 2pm. I've spent so much money. :shame:

I left at 11 and came back at 1....walked out of Dillard empty handed. No shoes in my size. Tons of shoes, just not for me.

Women's clothes---gone.

Children's clothes---gone.

Men's clothes---Makayla and I are going back tonight to hook up Daddy.

I guess I'll just hit up DSW for myself.

After talking to you and D yesterday, I stopped by Dillards yesterday after work (saw some of our coworkers in there too :lol: )


Yall told me and I didn't believe it, but now I do!

I picked up 7 pair of pants, 8 shirts, and 2 jackets for $143. :eek::eek:
I had so much stuff, I needed a damn shopping cart when I was in there. :lol::lol:
 
I had to work again in that CHOAS.

They had me in DENIM!!!! :angry:
Why these 2 sisters came up in there with womens stuff (that they bought a week ago) and wanted to return it and then rebuy it at the new 50% off price.
I went off on them chicks!!!!! Yall aint about to get me FIRED cause yall CHEAP AS HELL!!!

Then a white girl came buy my register with 4 shirts. She at my register trying to play "LETS MAKE A DEAL".

White Gurl - "uhhh, how much would it cost for the blue shirt and the pink one"
Sonny - "$15.99"
White Gurl - "okay, take that pink one off and put this light blue one on, now how much is it?"
Sonny - "14.13 maam"
White Gurl - "okay, take the blue one off and put this orange one and light blue...now how much is it?"
Sonny - "$18.99"
White Gurl - "OH nevermind, Ill just take these socks"

Damnmn u & Dillards Sonny! :smh: :mad: I'm glad it's over too - and I didn't even hit BOTH stores (we have 2 Dillards[Mens/Home & Womens] stores in Northpark.) Now, I'm trying to decide do I want to take a pair of jeans up there tomorrow for the $10 credit promo. :( :cry:
