Our attendance for JSU is always high... our fans really enjoy coming out and seeing us whup yall's azz. But I give props to your fans also... they seem to enjoy coming witnessing it too. Bobby Knight send help!!!!

Talk! My sister graduated from J-State, so I know what the campus looks like and the slummery that the campus presents. Don't get me started on JSU! JSU may be in the City, but it had the 'Good Times' look! :lol:

Students residing in Dixon and Alexander Residence Halls at Jackson State University must now walk through metal detectors upon entry into the buildings.

Dixon Hall resident passes through metal detectorIn response to the shooting of former JSU student Lamar Smith in front of Dixon Hall on April 20, students must put all of their belongings on a table to be searched for weapons or contraband if the metal detector goes off.

Stephone Camper, Assistant Community Director of Dixon Hall, said the metal detectors in both residence centers are a safety precaution because of the location of the shooting.

"I am happy to see JSU beefing up security on campus," Camper said. "It gives us a better sense of safety

It's called "prevention", something Grambling shoulda had months ago before the on-campus riots and before the gun toting student stormed your computer class. Seems like JSU is the only SWAC school ahead of the curve who care about it's student body.:nod:
