CT This is Why I Have Problems with the Sisters Sometimes

Ok so this clinic that I used to go to for my primary physician failed to file my insurance correctly. This has happened previously I had to pay out about $600 to get removed from my credit report. Thankfully my physicians left and opened their own office and I have not had a billing problem at all.

So I get another bill. Now I stop going to this clinic 6 months ago and they are just now sending me bills from 2 years ago. I go to the registration desk which is the front line for the clinic and I inform the sister of what happened and she's hunches her shoulders as it's no big deal. She makes a copy without even looking at it and tosses in on an empty desk. Then says "May I help you to an older white lady."

I'm hot at this point.

So with my job I'm good with the administration of the clinic so I go there. This older black lady contacts the head of billing who walks me to her office and we resolve the issue. She is black.

She walks me back down to the registration and both black chicks who are working there lie and say "he never came to us." There were still 6 people in line who were there when I came first and they all said damn near at the same "He came here and was before us." The older white lady said "she just ignored him as if he was not even standing there and you young ladies don't have to lie."

There was an older black lady in line who made the statement, "he only wanted to know about his bill and yall looked at him like he slept with yall and never called back."

At that point I wasn't mad anymore I was laughing. Their boss was laughing and the black girls did not expect for that happen. Their boss said, "Ladies we will discuss this at 4:45 pm." She then walked off and I could tell she was HOT!

CT I'm not saying all black women act like this but damn...I didn't do a thing to them.

Almost like that scene from The Chi last night....the boy trying to cash his check and the cashier is holding a conversation with her co-worker and giving her instructions about something that had nothing to do with work.

Look here woman folk....your fellow sisters treating a brother harshly and if it wasn't for the older generation they would have gotten away with it. You need to teach them manners.

see, we JUST had the convo about a positive statement followed by a negative statement NEGATING the positive statement. So all that pseudocomplimenting was just wasted cause the latter shid stuck in my head. GET ON!

I remembered when I worked in Ruston. One morning, some co-workers and I stop at a restaurant for breakfast. Some big fat greasy chick didn't want to serve me any breakfast, due to the fact that I wouldn't make a pass at her. All I did was leave and go get my breakfast from somewhere else. I never went back to the boogie bear's restaurant again. And if you don't believe Founder, you can ask Rev. Stanley. LMAO!!!
 
Now Founder, when those chicks see you in public, the first thing that will come out of their mouths is that, "there's that mf'er who got us fired." LOL!!!
 
Black women and customer service is the worst. I swear the finer they think they are the worst it is. Walmart, check cashing, post office, fast food. The worst from young to old.
 



Going to have to have c_t's back (no pun intended) on this one. Went to an O'Reilly's a couple of years ago during football season. Three people working the counter and two had customers. The one who didn't was a guy and I am standing in front of him...he looks at me and keeps checking scores on his phone. The female manager sees him and says you have a customer. He says oh, how can I help you? I am not one to make a scene but as soon as I got back to the house I went directly to my computer and emailed the area manager.

It appears people just do not respect us as consumers.

LMAO!!!!

The two young ladies called and apologized. One of them said she went along with the other girl because they are cool. I simply told her "make sure you keep your house fed."

The other girl still had an attitude. She basically said she apologizes and hung up. LOL

Did you ask her why they did that to you or was it just a joke??? They had to have some reason.
