Could Mark Cuban sue MLB?

Baseball commissioner Bud Selig will not allow Mavericks owner Mark Cuban to buy the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Friday.

"There's no way Bud and the owners are going to let that happen," a Major League Baseball source told the Sun-Times. "Zero chance."

How can Bud and the owners blackball a guy like this? What is MLB afraid of by allowing Cuban to be an owner?

Be sure, Cuban will not go away without a fight.
 
Cuban is not your typical "owner" and I guess they are afraid of someone presenting new ideas for the old game.
 



If he could then I think he should. That's the problem with MLB they are not open to new ideas and they are steadily falling behind in the world of sports.
