There is something wrong in that sentence. You present the arrest as fact. I concurr. You present the beating as fact...Why? The article never said that. The family allege that.
Now, you do not think a fall from a 3 story building can do that? Think about that again. A fall could kill him much less cause that much damage. A jump more likely increases the possibility of surviving by landing on your (his) feet. Heck, they may have thrown him out the window and pretended he tried to escape. That does not change my view on his actions (more evidence than him being beaten) and that he caused what ever befalls him.

Never fear. If his family has an ounce of sense, they will get a great lawyer who will either get his client off on a technicality (police brutality) or get a reduced sentence due to all the media coverage that is coming. AND the family, either way, gets paid.

How do you forget where you come from by not caring for this little killer and rapist? Supporting "lil pookies and lil ray ray" is what has gotten us in this mess in the first place. I bet most of you who are supporting this chump don't live and have never lived in a drug infested, gang banging neighborhood. I don?t support trash.

GRADUATE of Charles Sumner High School (the oldest Black High School West of the Mississippi). Dont tell me where my "HOOD" is or how ROUGH it WAS, Cause I've seen it all and lived through it all BRUH.

I'm never for supporting the lil pookie's of the world and you are right, I never have and never will live in a drug infested, gang banging neighborhood. Instead I live out in the sticks where some cops like to bury the bodies and it takes a minute to even know somebody is missing.

Team I dont support his actions AT ALL. I do think that he needs to be punished for his crimes, but for Cops to take it in their hands and do that to him is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Well, i don't agree that this person or any person should have been beaten like this. The law has made it very hard for parents' to raise their kids nowadays. If you whip them and leave a scratch on them then you are going to jail. So now this young man goes out and killed a policeman and the cops take the law into their hands and beat him to pulp...that is wrong, because if they would have allowed his parents or guardian to discipline him when he was younger...just maybe this would not have happened. What he did was wrong but, what the cop did was also wrong. We cannot take the law into our own hands no matter what the circumstances are. This is sad and bad for all involved.

Is the line between civility and vigilantisim thin? What qualifies a society as an "Advanced Cilvilization";is it the way we react to something horrible by committing "mob justice";committing vigilantisim? Or does an Advance Civlization excecute their protocols of justice and jurisprudence in their society. For sure, the officer losing his life is awful.

But should the law officers lose their civility because of their anger? Should people lose their intellect and civility?

Once that is lost, then what is left for us as a society;what basic fundamentals of civility are left for the future generations for them to reach the goal of an Advance Civlization?

If civility is all lost, then the only thing left is our basic inate "Animal nature" that every human being on this planet is born with. With that "Animal Nature" in control of our intellect, then society is reduced to a very barbaric society.

Clear example;RWANDA 1994.

Sure the officer lost his life to this frustrated,lost and confused person. But if we don't use our intellect,in which has it's roots from our spirutuality, to find out WHY, or use our intellect to correct the CONDITIONS that cause some people to pick up a gun to kill a police officer, then we will continue to have "vigilante justice" until the sun dies.
 
Y'all help me out. Where does it say that the guy confessed to this crime??? Surely, y'all don't think that because he was accused of doing it, that he did it??? Please don't tell me that's what y'all are doing.

Maybe the cop was already beating him and there was a struggle then the gun went off killing the cop. They didn't say anyone else witnessed the shooting, did they?

Ole boy, as far as I'm concerned, is on his own. I will lose about as much sleep over this BLACK guy and the one in ATL, as I would those 2 WHITE GUY'S that raped and murdered those 2 white girls in Florida.

Both they arses need a beatdown and the chair too. :dead: :dead:

OK, he killed a Cop in the station...............RESTRAIN HIM and LOCK HIM BACK UP UNTILL His arreignment (sp).

Dont BEAT HIS @ZZ to the point where he is unrecognizable!!!!

Some of you are ready to say what happened to him was the cops fault. Thats only speculations. Frankly I don't care. I am not one of those that automatically give support to someone because of the color of his skinned. The only thing that I know is that he shot and killed a cop in the Police Station. He should have known that an arse whooping was coming.

Whats worse? The loss of a husband, father, brother, uncle, provider or a serious butt whooping. He is lucky to be able to attend his hearing.

I don't care how some of you feel about cops. They just like soldiers volunteer to put their life in jeapordy so that you and I are able to sleep at night with out having to look over our shoulder. You ask me that didn't beat him enough.

AND vice versa applies. The way the cops whoop azz before taking names might create some of that rage which leads to the havok.
