just heard that The World Famed is in the new movie "The Great Debaters" with Denzel Washington! The band is portraying the Wiley College Band back in the days! Good Accomplishment band! I guess the movie people told yall to keep it hush hush and i see yall did!
 



Logistically speaking...it only made sense to have the WF do it. Marshall, Texas (where Wiley College is located) is only 1.5 hours away.
 
Great Job World Fame! Man the haters never ceace to amaze me. Oh well, that means you must be doing something good for people to hate. Keep Hating Haters!
 
Someone help me to understand why is it that GSU gets so much attention and plays in all these movies. Is it who they know or what. I would think that SU is just as talented and would be in something.

Location also played a role in this one. The movie was filmed in Shreveport. What HBCU band would you call to stand in as the Wiley College band if you were filming in S'Port?

if you didn't know that commercial was centered around the orchesis dance company but you can't have a danceline without the band! the rest is HISTORY!
