USF is not a bad gig. He is back in Florida where he recruits well. He took a bunch of them Florida kids to Louisville. See Bridgewater and company. USF got money. If he wins there, he gets another P5 chance. But he has to re-prove himself since he is a Black Coach and folks feel like he should have won immediately at Texas. Not saying that is fair. But you know how it is for the Black coach when he gets fired.

This way he can coach with not too much pressure and wait it out for a bigger gig.
