CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. -- No more Cracker Barrel restaurants ever for one Georgia man. The company has banned the man accused of beating a mother at one of its restaurants from all of its locations for life.

I actually heard about it before it really hit the news. I live in this area and I overhead a lady in the store saying her friend was assaulted in front of Cracker Barrel. Some other girls were joking about the name "Cracker Barrel" until she said her friend was really hurt. Then a few days later, I saw the story on the AJC. But I have passed that restaurant several times before, and most of the patrons look like the ASSAULTER instead of the victim (for those wondering why no one helped her) Most times I've passed by there, I've seen nothing but elderly Caucasian patrons going in and out. I rarely see us there, we're normally at the IHOP beside there!

im from Clayton County and actually lived less than 5 min. from that Cracker Barrell. It has to be someting about that resturant because nothing about Clayton County is redneck..it has turned into one of the most ghetto metro counties in Atlanta. He must have came up from Henry County or something..


I expect he wont last long in the Clayton County jail. if only he knew who was all in there!

my mistake..Jonesboro is not as "hood" as the other Clay Co. cities.

they not gonna let that happen! not the city where Gone With The Wind is based and they have a confederate graveyard near the courthouse. Thats Clay Co's bread-maker..
